Friendly staff. Shop well organised and stocked. The product I needed was available to view and try. Down fall, staff presence was lacking if customers wanted assistance. Overall, it was a great place to shop!

I went there looking for a particular dress. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock but the sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly which means I will definitely shop at this branch again.Wide range of clothing and accessories and very affordable prices.

I was in Grace church St and was served By Kieran. I received exceptional, friendly and warm service. Keiran is an asset to the team who needs to be promoted. I’ll certainly be returning. Also, there was great stock and the store was very tidy

This is the best new look I’ve ever been to honestly! Great clothes in here all through the year. The staff are so helpful and in the changing room and tills too. The jeans are a bit expensive but you can find some great and cheap holiday clothes in here. I highly recommend this new look and the surrounding area is great to explore too as it’s in the heart of London

fab store in the middle of the city.with a great customer experience.And the covid safety measures that are in place gave me an added sense of securiryy whilst in store.i would definately shop here again
