My teddy is nearly 70 years old and needed a lot of work to restore him.Dr. Anna did an amazing job to repair him. Very pleased.

Excellent service - quick response to my query and excellent level of communication throughout the process of getting my little cat repaired.She was in awful condition and I didn't have much hope for her resurrection, but they did a fantastic job on her restoration.

I have used this service twice now - once quite a few years ago to get my husband's completely flat and disintegrating childhood teddy rejuvenated, and once recently to have my own treasured childhood friend mended. Both jobs were done beautifully - in the case of my husband's bear I wouldn't have thought it possible and he was delighted. I guess it seems a bit silly to be attached to these teddies but I am very grateful a service like this exists!

The Teddy Bear Doctor mended my much-loved childhood bear for me after my dog gave him a savaging. Teddy was truly brought back to life, and years of love poured into him was saved for a bit longer. Beautiful work, ordering it all was very easy, and an extremely reasonable price. I’m very grateful.

Awful experience. Poor workmanship, job incomplete, had real difficulty getting my teddies back, wouldn’t discuss a refund. Very upsetting and lost a lot of money.

The lady was very pleasent and I asked her to repair the noses on 2 of my artist bears which my puppies had chewed. All I asked was that the stitching was neat and straight. The little Charnwood bear was repaired quite well but his nose wasn't to badly damaged just chewed a bit crooked. Unfortunately my large beautiful Jane Humme bear where the nose had been nimbled mohair not damaged looks as if it has hurriedly been stitched and the results are uneven to say the least this is a great shame because I asked specifically for a neat nose.

I had the pleasure to have Anna taking care of my teddy.She did a great job, she was very responsive and she restore the teddy to the same features. I can't thank her enough. My teddy was 30 years old and they kindly send it back as soon as it was ready. No problems with payment and very clear about the process. They were the cheapest one that I have come across and I would certainly recommend it.
