Shopping for a bed at Dreams was a very good experience, Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable, she knew the stock well and answered all my questions and provided a pillow so I could try out mattresses, was happy to leave me to browse while making a decision. I would definitely recommend.

Visited my husband.....Jeff was really very helpful... we didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy.Jeff even showed me a great way to position my pillow to avoid shoulder pains. It was all in all a lovely shopping experience at Dreams. Hopefully we enjoy our new bed frame and mattress.

EXCELLENT 1ST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. Paul (Dreams rep) went out of his way to make us feel very WELCOME & we never felt pressurised in to buying anything. He thoroughly explained what might best suit our needs & after taking the Dreams Sleepmatch experience we were amazed that the technology actually matched what we had selected on the Dreams website before our visit. Paul is a GREAT CREDIT to Dreams & we can't thank him enough for dealing with us in such a polite & professional manner. We would thoroughly RECOMMEND Dreams to anyone looking to buy a bed/mattress or both.

I went to Dreams to purchase a bed as I have had good service in the past. Paul came to help and he was very knowledgeable and patient. I tried a number of beds and wasn't rushed, I found the mattress and base that was suitable for me and the delivery is early September. Thank you Paul for you expert help

I visited the branch in Wrexham with my son to look for a double bed. I have trouble with my back. I was greated by Jeff who was very friendly and helpful. He helped me chose a mattress gave me a pillow to use so I could test them. Then he left us to decide and try all the mattress. He offered us a drink while we decided. We were very impressed with everything. Thank you Jeff.

Arrived at Dreams Wrexham. Saturday 29th July. Made to feel welcome and advised the best mattress to suit my body. Came away feeling grateful for all the help Dreams had given me. Hoping mattress lives up to my expectations. Thank you Dreams.....
