We rescued two cats from the R.S.P.C.A The staff were very helpful and Pepsi who is is a beautiful black boy has settled in to his new home and we recused a grey kitten Luna who has become Pepsi's shadow they have their forever home

Large Koi carps dying in pond.Tried to contact rspca but no option available for fish and message kept going round and round in circles so had no choice but to hang up phone.Would struggle to report anything to Rspca again.

Rang to report my concern over a dog in a car on a very hot day. Was on hold for eternity (13 in the queue) - after lots of questions was advised that the best thing to do was to ring the police! Funny that, as I initially thought it made sense to ring the police thinking that they may be quicker to get to the dog but decided against that as no doubt, they wld tell me to ring the RSPCA! Yet another unhelpful incident from those who are meant to protect the vulnerable!
