Very positive experience in having my Alpine (purchased elsewhere) repaired following an unexpected MOT failure. The difficult news was expertly delivered, and I was kept up to date throughout by Yvonne Newstead, who assisted me greatly in my dealings with the garage who sold me the car, and did not shy away from being the bearer difficult news as there was a long delay in getting the parts from Alpine. Her honesty, and the feeling of not being fobbed off was much appreciated .The team at JayBee Motors worked their socks off to get my car back to me as quickly as they could once the parts arrived. Would definitely recommend JayBee Motors.

I would like to thank Richard Pratt who helped me today with my vehicle changeover. Richard has been very helpful through the whole process from ordering the vehicle to taking receivership of it today. He talked me through the features of the car and how to set things up properly. It was very helpful for me as I am no tech genius.I would recommend asking for Richard when visiting Jaybee Motors. I leased a car here and Richard was very good, reaching out after a few days to check all was well. Keeping in touch between agreement and the car's arrival. Parking on site a bit iffy (petrol station on site and a Greggs). If travelling by public transport to pick up vehicles it's 200m from bus stop.

I have just bought my daughter her first car from Jaybee motors and could not be happier with the service we received. The sales rep Chris was patient, polite and couldn’t have been more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had the right car for my daughter and that she knew how everything worked. A little issue with the battery was dealt with quickly and without issue. I would definitely recommend Jaybees and will definitely consider buying from there again when I’m next looking for either a new or used car.
