A bit dull. Not a huge amount of products and quite expensive compared to other supermarkets.

I visited this place yesterday to do some shopping and exchange a pack of non alcoholic beer that cost 8 pounds and I bought it by mistake.Funny enough I learned that you cannot exchange alcohol unless it was out of the store for a very small amount of seconds. According to the manager they can confirm on camera that you didn't compromise the beers! How ridiculous is that???So if you by a bottle of wine and arrive home, taste it and see is ruined, forget it! They won't change it!The manager also explained that this is a policy that Morrisons enforced around 9 months ago to alcohol drinks.To add once again that it is non alcoholic beverages I was trying to return or exchange.The manager also explained that I could read the policy in the beverages location or in the website.In reality me as a customer do not need to read anything unless it is stated in the invoice which it is not!The invoice doesn't mention that you cannot return alcohol if you leave the store!This is completely ridiculous!Not only I spent petrol as I went to one of what was my favourite place to buy groceries to be confronted with this idiot return policy!Be my guest to shop at Morrisons but from what I am concerned... Bye bye.

Clean and usually well stocked pleasant staff. More expensive tha Aldi but the more staff in morrisons make the difference

Shockingly bad first impressions from when you enter until you escape. Easily the worst shopping experience in Erskine. Half empty shelfs, bakery always looks burst whatever time you go in, puddles on the shop floor that exist for days and weeks, roll cages of cardboard abandoned, uninterested staff, not everyone I should add, especially on self scan, it is so poor and increasingly expensive, we could never get a full shop here, just as well you have Aldi across the road. Still at least they do good community work and have a facebook presence!!, Surely somebody else could easily clean up out here by putting a half decent shop into play? Either that or get your act together Morrissons.

The self checkouts are pish. You are putting young folk out a job. I’ll be using Aldi from now on.

The store felt in need of some work. It was a bit dull when I first walked in. A decent size but unappealing to shop in.

Fed up getting lectured by bad mannered staff how to operate self service check out machines. Had to remind one staff member that I did not work for Morrisons and would appreciate if they could resolve my problem without the lecture.

Half decent sized supermarket with decent variety.Would be 5 stars but the magazine selection is 95% women's 3% kids and 2% mens which is a bit sexist
