Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Slough Brunel

Had an appointment yesterday and as per expectation everything went so smooth. It’s been always a pleasure to be in vision express Tesco, excellence in customer care, utmost professionalism and dedication has always been hallmark here. Friendly and always welcoming staff especially Mariyya Fatima is a kind of staff who makes vision express our first choice.

Went in ordered 2 pairs of the same glasses , which I have had before … easy order I thinking ! No 1 pair arrived , after a week , second pair still haven’t arrived , now it’s over a month !! Staff do not chase up, contact you . I have contacted them and been in 3 times !! Yesterday I went in told them to sort it out and get back to me … guess what heard nothing … and they do not pick up the phone at all !!! Shocking service

The service was great and all staff were excellent. Especially Fatima! She helped me throughout my appointment and gave me a very helpful experience. I would really recommend and once again thank you Fatima!

They don’t have enough staff. They hardly ever pick up the phone. You can’t book a weekend appointment which is inconvenient for people who work during the week.I went for a contact lenses teach. I don’t know why they booked me an appointment when she was 90% of the time elsewhere and was hardly teaching me.When the other staff member instructed me I was able to take the lenses out straight away.Overall bad experience will not be coming here again.

I've tried calling them today, I am aware it was 5.15 and time that they finish is 5.30pm . Someone kept picking the phone and hanging up or just dropping the line!When I called the vision Express at queensmere, they picked up first bell!!I had a quick question to ask and the customer service for Brunel was non existent; basically because no one wanted to do their job and actually pick the phone up. Appalling customer service !!!

Had the privilege to attend my appointment yesterday and upon arrival was greeted with a smile. Within 5 minutes, was taken into the eye testing room by a friendly energetic staff Fatima Parker who explained every step in detail and later helped me in choosing the right frame. The young lady in the other room took her time in checking the right lens for my eyes. Never before I had the opportunity to experience such a wonderful service. Colleagues helping one another and greeting every person who came for their appointment. Valuable assets to the company. Keep it up! God bless you all. Looking forward to come again.

I had an appointment Saturday 1 July in the morning. The optometrist that saw me (she was a lovely lady) was really nice, polite and knowledgeable and was very careful when she did my eye test and very thorough to check my contact lenses and explain what options I have to switch to toric lenses. I’ve been a Vision Express customer (different branches) since 2018 and this is by far the best experience I had. Thank you and I will definitely come back!
