Oh So Gel Nail/Beauty Salon (Aberdeen)

Originally it was a good service at a great price, unfortunately they seem to be having an issue with their booking system and several clients have been told they turned up late when they havent. They then take the fee for the appointment from the stored card.I emailed twice but got no replyI phoned to discuss and the receptionist was very rude and pretty much talked over the top of me and hung upWont be returning and will be going to trading standards

An absolutely stunning salon, a real treat! Beautiful nails, lovely atmosphere and left feeling very happy.

I have started to go to Oh So Gel for my waxing (with Nikki)and nail appointments(with Agie)As soon as you arrive I was greeted by really friendly staff, whilst waiting sitting on the most stunning pink sofa I felt that I had entered a salon in Beverly Hills - Stunning!!The therapists are very professional and I was very happy - this salon in amazing and I can wait to return.

Very disappointed. Nails chipped in several places within 5 days!! Messaged them and took days to reply(weird as reply promptly when booking) Said it was 7 day policy and they took days to reply so over 7 days. Daughters nails also chipped and 8 out of 10 chipped within 8 days. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. Gave them a 2 stars as girl who did nails was lovely so felt bad!
