I couldn't agree more with the reviews. Dreadful company. Do not order from them and I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is appalling. They ask you to email info... but the service is just as bad and you will not get a satisfactory resolution. Spend your money with companies that value your custom!

I have been trying to return a faulty product for nearly two weeks. I have emailed customer services numerous times to which they tell me my product will be collected on specific dates, the collection company comes on different days to which custom service department have specified. I have tried several times to call this company and had no luck speaking to anyone. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. The service has been absolutely awful.

Bought Knee Supports x 4. Very costly but wanted some spares for my husband. they were ghastly products with super strong thick velcro that would not open.I had to return these and they arranged for the pick up with Hermes. But have not refunded me my money and 7 days now that I am having to chase them for contact and refund. Ghastly Business

Oddly my experience was the opposite of the reviews. Great products at competitive prices, bought with no fuss and received them next day. Haven’t attempted to deal with customer service but haven’t needed too. Used three times now.

I ordered a knee cuff and ice machine and paid for next day delivery. I was fresh out of hospital with a replacement knee and in great pain. Nothing arrived. I emailed them several times, nobody answered calls and I eventually got the goods 6 days later. There was a free towel included in the order and they said “no towel sent as stocks have run out”. They have refunded the extra postage paid for next day delivery but I would not recommend this company as reliable.

As everyone else here said 'Blatant Thieves' encouraged me to pay nearly £3000 over the phone, no goods supplied, no refund, yet Lee puts the same items back online for double the price. Soon as a customer buys it, it shows demand, which is they then cancel the order & put them back on site. Its a CON, plus fiddling with figures, no refund still

VERY disappointing. Had an issue with an ankle support that was way smaller that it is supposed to be. I attempted to talk to them via e-mail and received the most deliberately unenthusiastic and unhelpful response. Stock was covered in dust. I will not waste another second on them. Avoid.Note: After the initial poor experience they did eventually collect and refund the item.

So I had ordered a ankle boot on the Saturday last week yet I paided for next day delivery, the phone line is just a joke they never pick up the phone, the emails they just blame it on back logs which isn’t true at all, I waited 7 days!!!!! But yet paid £5 for next day delivery, the company is very slow & don’t think I would use again due to this issue, the ankle boot it self is excellent so far, but the company is very hard to get hold of, and even worse you got Hermes delivering it

Tried to place an order for an ankle brace, system wouldn't take payment despite three attempts with different cards on different days. At least one of the payments was authorised by my bank but not accepted by the vendors system. Help section on website took me round in circles. Phone call went to voice mail, invited me to use the website. Purchase was for 1 item costing less than £5.

Firstly, their special discount code displayed on the top of their page didn't work. Then, I managed to order and pay for 9 foam rollers but the following day I received an email with the order cancellation and confirmation of a refund.Two weeks have gone pass and no refund yet.More phone calls and emails exchanged and still no refund, it's been now 3 weeks!This is shocking! Really! Think twice before you spend any money with Physioroom!!!
