The Font Borough

Cleanest gym I’ve ever been to! Fun little basement gym with a friendly staff. The grading difficulty was a little too broad but the problems were quality.

A fairly new gym quite close to London Bridge and right next to Borough Market so it's good for post climb food related activities. Im not sure if there is air con but we went there on a hot day and it was much cooler in the gym, its also underground so this probably helps too. The setting is great with lots of variation in the movements and all the routes are graded in coloured sets. It has a huge spray wall and also one of the longest traverse walls I've seen.

Absolutely brilliant boulder gym. I can only recommend it!!! Satff is very friendly, locker rooms are very clean and the boulder routes are extremely varied. There is something for all levels and climbing styles. Registration process was a bit long, but this was mainly due to the internet. Otherwise everything was really top.They also have a rather big „normal“ gym area.Thanks again!!

I'm more of a sport climber than a boulderer but decided to check out The Font Borough during a recent London trip with non-climber friends. The staff was really friendly and chill. I enjoyed the safety test book - picking out what's wrong with the photos to make sure that you have a good understanding of safety.I went mid afternoon on a weekday so it was not crowded, which is how I like my climbing sessions. There was a good variety of boulder problems in all grade ranges and I enjoyed their approach to grading (color ranges) which encouraged me to try some harder boulders. The fitness area is on the smaller side but has everything you could need for functional mobility and strength training. The changing room and bathrooms were really clean. Would visit again. Also, the music was pretty great - not sure who was on the aux that day but their playlist was on point.

Great bouldering gym in central london. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Facilities are very clean and, although challenging, the variety of climbs is great.

Great place! I really loved the routes - it has not just only “modern style big colourful volumes”, but lots of more technical routes with nice sequences of “rock-like” moves. Absolutely enjoyed it.One small thing that could be improved - shower water temperature is tough to set)

The Font is a refined bouldering gym in that they’ve made great use of the limited space. Placing some awesome challenging routes, however I can’t recommend this place for beginners! Which is a fairly big deal for me as I’m in a very mixed ability group.

Cool climbing center, very new, very clean. Changing facilities and showers, fitness area! Great routes, with average grades (V1-V3, etc) which is very nice. Very different types of routes. Was there on a Wednesday evening and the place was not packed at all. Will definitely get back there

Great technical problems, even the V1s were not straightforward ladders". Good balance between slab/overhang/straight etc. Nice new facilities

This gym is amazing, first visit and I loved it. Lots of walls to climb + a fully equipped crossfit like gym.The check-in was slow due to the security check they need to do for first timers. But everything else was just AMAZING.
