U BREAK WE FIX

Had my charging port replaced, 2 days later my screen broke. They were unwilling to repair for free, it was 50/60£ for a new screen fitting. Never had any screen problems till they had my phone.Would strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Took my Samsung galaxy 10 for a screen replacement at a cost of £170 on top of this they offered a screen glass protector. Taking the total cost of repair to £183.On collection they told me they also changed the back of the phone as it was cracked ( it wasn't, they broke it on the process of replacing my screen). On top of this the screen that had been replaced had glue overflowing by the sides and my fingernail fitted perfectly between the actual phone and the screen.They gave me their guarantee that if anything is wrong with the screen to come back witihing 2-3 weeks. And today after noticing that the screen had hairline cracks on it and that the glass protector was absolutely fine. I questioned the effectiveness of the their work and products they supply to only be told that because the screen is cracked there is nothing they can do.Screen wouldn't have cracked if it had been fitted properly and spending the extra money on a glass's screen protector for what?.On another note. Pls be careful as they will always ask for payment in cash if possible" wonder why.....Also strange that the day after I left my phone there I started getting phonecalls from numbers in India.Will give proof of this to anyone interested.Don't recommend at all."

Awful service went for a screen replacement done that then the speaker didn't work went back in to get it sorted fixed the speaker then the front camera didn't work went back in a third time and they broke the screen taking it apart and said that I had done it and the screen was already broken when I brought it in

Great repair and accessory shop. Have been in several times for issues with samsung mobile and never been disappointed. Fair pricing for work required and reasonable speed to complete. I would happily recommend to anyone.

Really dissatisfied, would normally not complain and previous experiences were good however the service was over two late weeks with no update after being quoted 2 days. I had to follow up. upon arrival there was damage to the laptop.The laptop was not in pristine condition but there was not so much damage.When I brought it to the clerks attention he flat out denied it and went on to say it came in that condition when it certainly did not.As a full time working student with a budget in am so upset that an expensive essential piece of equipment went in for service and came out like that.Be honest and at least offer a discount for damages.

They are the most professional and fantastic place I've been to have my laptop fixed.They were friendly, understanding and welcoming.Angels in particular was very understand and patient and empathetic.He had my work completed in the shortest possible time and saved my work day! Thank you Angels.I will definitely and wholeheartedly recommend them to all!

Awful place, avoid at all costs!!Took my phone in for a screen replacement which went well, worked for about a week until the screen started lifting and lost all sensitivity. Took it in and they fixed, then 1 week later the screen started to go black in one corner, still under warranty i took it in and was told i had damaged it or had weight applied to it, after some persuading they agreed to look at it. Collected it and the screen is lose again and i was told they are not going to do anymore as this is normal and if it breaks again, the 3 month warranty they originally gave is invalid! Staff are rude and they obviously use cheap screens which only temporarily fix an issue.
