Went in to get some padlocks for suitcases for holiday. Lady sold us 2 (over £8.50). Asked how to set up the code after paying, to which she replied 'dunno'. Asked how we change the code and she didn't know saying that the boxes (that have the instructions) get thrown out. After asking for a refund and leaving the store, she muttered under her breath something rude. I've used this store before on many occasions with no complaints. (Different staff who were very helpful and courteous). Customer facing roles need someone with the skills to deal with simple queries from customers without being rude and unhelpful. It's a shame as previously would have recommended this store but will not return

Made telephone enquiry regarding changing battery in my blind father-in-law's speaking watch and immediately confirmed they could do it. Very polite and helpful gentleman.

They gave me it for free for fixing my watch I recomend going there they have the best service.

Dominic is a lovely guy, asset to the company very friendly, dressed very professionally, with covid safe face covering. He cut me a new Harlequin key, even had a little chat with me, il be back should I ever need anything else. Brilliant customer service. Peaches

Couldn’t cut a key to fit my door even after 4 attempts. Although They gave me a full refund. Went down the market and got it cut for half the price and they fit perfectly.

Popped in today to get new battery in watch, guy was very polite, place was immaculate, looked like he took a real pride in his place/work. Not only did he replace battery, checked all functions were working, set to correct time/date and even moved bezel to correct position. Good fella.
