Our cleaner is fabulous and makes my life so much easier. I have two young children and a husband who works away a lot. She is always on time and does a great job! Maid 2 clean are good value too and have had no issues at all.

Offered them 3 to 4 hours to do big clean. Cleaner said only needed 2, stayed for 1hr 45 minutes and did not do the big clean I asked for. Was OK of a job, but parts never touched and still dirty. This issue has been brought to the attention of the management and they are really keen to deal with this promptly. I have been given a refund and an apology. They were really easy to deal with and a satisfactory outcome. Thank you

The Cleaner allocated to me is first class. I only get the Standard Clean but it always feels like a Deep Clean. Would be gutted if this member of staff left.
