The guys at this shop are brilliant,very helpful with any questions and problems what you might have. All in all if there is a problem they will sort it out! They know what there on about fair play to them good honest people.

Customer service second to none. Was able to try different boxes and juices before buying, making it easy to choose what suits you. I was served by Andrew who was very well informed and very polite and patient (even when you want to try a load of different juices). Would 100% recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of devices and accessories. You can try most juices before buying and they have some really nice flavours. Andy really knows his stuff and is more than happy to answer any vaping questions you may have.

Purchased a starter kit 3 weeks ago absolutely wonderful service and advice given to me as I am a novice. so why only 3 stars.Well, couldn't open the tank to refill, then, crack, it smashed in my hand. So I decided to go back and explained what had happened and basically it was tough luck not covered under warranty. I then purchased a replacement tank which was nearly 3 times the cost of the original one as the original was out of stock. Not happy, wasn't even offered a small discount or something as a good will gesture, and it gets worse. Got home, opened the box and the spare coil was missing, can't be bothered to go back as parking is a pain at the best of times, so that's why I won't be using these guys again.

Poor customer service, worst shop I ever brought a vape from, they sell faulty products if anyone wants to get a vape I wouldn't go to there absolute poor service. Wouldn't refund you a faulty product
