Recently changed my car from a CH-R to a Corolla. Been bobbing in and out for the past 6 months looking for the right model, some people were helpful, some not so. Called in on the off chance and found the right model, age, mileage and price. George took over from then and couldn't be more helpful. Deal was done on the day and I took delivery a week later, happy customer

Vehicle appointment booked with Helena. No issues. On arrival to the dealership on the day I had difficulty finding a parking space. Doubled parked vehicle and informed service advisor on arrival. Refreshment offered by Host who was welcoming & polite.Received VHC video footage immediately via email. Video well done & informative. Vehicle hoovered & washed by Andy who did a great job. Thankfully no further work required on Vehicle.

I had my car serviced today, and I must say the staff was truly outstanding. Their warm and cheerful welcome made the experience even better. The salesmen James Li is very helpful. He gave me comprehensive information and valuable advice. He provided the chances for driving tests which is very important for the customers.James tried his best to find the car models I preferred. He also explained the advantages and disadvantages of different car models. He has good knowledge about the cars.In addition, James is patient and responsible. He responded to my questions promptly when I asked about some problems of the car I bought. The follow up action after sale is vital for the buying process.It’s a great experience for me. I will highly recommend my friends and family to visit the shop if they want to buy a car. Actually I referred a friend to buy the CHR model, and he bought it in the Toyota dealer branch last week.

Very happy with our visit. All staff were knowledgeable & friendly. Gabriel took us on a test drive & he was attentive, courteous and answered any questions we had. He even did a follow up courtesy call. Mike was also very supportive & went through everything we needed. On the day we collected the new car Mark was very professional & guided us through all the necessary paperwork. The car was in excellent condition & Mark guided me through the instrument panel etc. A very positive experience.

All the staff at the Toyota branch in Warrington are really helpful and friendly in person and over the phone. I'm always offered a drink every time I go in and feel like I'm a valued customer. In particular Mark Gibbons was very helpful when I changed my car recently and kept me updated during the process.

My vehicle was booked in for new brakes, I was happy that the garage allowed me to wait whilst the work was carried out. Great customer service from Jenna who provided me with drinks during my wait. Would recommend using this dealership!
