Staff are very helpful and you can obtain everything from maps and revision guides, to novels and biographies. The staff wear face masks and alcohol based hand rub is provided on entry to the store.

Lovely spacious well laid out bookshop, friendly staff and customer service. I spent a good hour and made a few purchases. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. Disabled access appears to be fairly good, access around the Isles and stands seems to be quite easy to negotiate.

For me entering a good bookshop is akin to visiting a place of prayer and comtemplation. Waterstones is a wonderful chain, whether it be in Newcastle, Manchester, Birminghan or in this case, the small town of Knutsford.The staff give the impression that they love what they do and are keen to share their bibliophile knowledge.Of course the downside is a reading pile that looks like it is plagiarising Stone Henge

A nice shop, but have a really bad selection on books. They have barely any manga or any popular books. I wouldn't bother going again.

Great ambience with incredibly friendly staff who are eager yet not overbearing on their manner. Great selection of books both fiction and non with an unlimited supple of teens books. Ideal for school too as they have many GCSE books which was incredibly helpful.

I've been to many Waterstones in my time, large and small but there was just something particularly good about this store. It's not a large Waterstones but it had some really great titles in different sections. The placement and variety was excellent.
