lovely food taste amazing I love the salt n pepper chicken

First time ordering from Jade Kitchen today. I placed the order online using their website, that was easy and quick. I opted for collection and approximately 20minutes after point of order, the food was ready.The food was hot and tasty, the Char Siu Pork bits in the rice dishes was fatty but other than that everything was spot on. Portion sizes are great too.The waiting area inside was clean and tidy, everything looked spotless really and new.If the Pork gets a bit better it'll be a 5* review, great effort and a lovely tea

Ordered the tofu and mushrooms in black bean sauce tonight to takeaway and it was terrible the tofu was inedible and overcooked, there was practically no black bean sauce and the little bit at the bottom was watery and didn't even taste like black bean sauce. Would like to add photos to show, given 2 stars as the salt and pepper spring rolls were OK. Shall not be ordering from here again unfortunately, shall stick to the new ruby in Audley.

Previously we have liked it here and do think it’s good quality. But tonight was disappointed. We ordered 21 salt and chilli crispy beef (the dry one) which comes crispy. We were given soggy beef swimming in a sauce which is like soft bendy batter in unbearably sweet sauce and it was disgusting. Nothing travels in plastic and stays crispy so even though this was the wrong dish (maybe 97) I think sauce should be sent separately and the corner snipped off the container to allow steam to escape like the better Chineses do. Secondly the lettuce was all broken for the yuk sung so we only managed to make 3 lettuce wraps. That’s the second time this has happened. Why can’t they send proper round lettuce halves. So that was ruined too. (Must add the yuk sung meat mixture was excellent and the crispy noodles too but the whole point is to be able to make lettuce wraps). Duck and pancakes and seaweed were both good and worth it. It is good here but it’s expensive so when something isn’t right it’s spoilt. But I will finish by saying this is one of the better Chineses around and in the past all of the dishes have been top quality. I think I’m just angry because the dry salt and pepper chill crispy beef is excellent and when I found out I’d been given the soggy sauce one I was super miffed.

Ordered crispy shredded beef, duck pancakes and some starters, all generously sized. Food was great. Delivery was a little late but when I called them for an update the lady on the phone was very polite and kind and gave us some free drinks. 10/10 recommend.

Food arrived very quickly. Everything was lovely and the portions were good.

Waited for 20 minutes inside the shop to be served, and not one member of staff came to take my order, even though I was stood right next to the hatch for most of that time. In the end I just walked out... I appreciate that places can be busy, but an acknowledgement and estimated wait time would have been polite.

Just had our tea from here it was loverly one chicken curry egg fried rice and set meal for 1 and chicken balls sweet sour sauce absolutely loverly best we have had will be ordering again brilliant

Not so much about the Takeaway but this landmarks driveway is the entrance to Bateswood nature reserve

I had high hopes for my order but it was simply uneatable. Chicken balls were dry and soggy, chow main was tasteless and chicken was of strange consistency and went straight to the bin. Definitely won't be ordering again.
