I have just completed Holly's 12 week post natal program as well as also completed 2x pre natal fitness program. Both were fantastic, pitched perfectly at the right level whatever your fitness and a great way to meet other mums.

I’ve attended pram fit, strong mamas 6 week course and strong mamas circuit on a Saturday morning and loved all of Holly’s classes. I once saw someone write ‘Holly is your biggest cheerleader’ and I 100% agree and always leave feeling great!

I’ve done 2 rounds of Holly’s prenatal fitness class as well as her 12 week postnatal class and can’t recommend Holly and her classes enough! Holly is so knowledgeable in both pre and post natal exercise and challenges you to push yourself in a safe and manageable way. After completing the 12 week post-natal program I feel stronger, fitter and more confident in my post natal body. Each class incorporates pelvic floor exercises, deep breathing and stretching, making you feel relaxed before you leave, even after the HIIT and cardio sessions. Holly always has a big smile on her face and makes everyone feel so welcomed. Thank you every thing Holly, keep up the amazing work that you do!

I joined Holly's Prenatal class at 14 wks pregnant and did 2 blocks of classes before my baby girl arrived, as a result I felt strong and empowered in pregnancy and physically prepared for whatever birth was to come! The classes focused on all the right areas and Holly was always very supportive and could help with any concerns throughout.I joined the postnatal class after 3 months and it has really helped me build my strength back up, especially in my core after an emergency c-section. I would have struggled in a gym on my own knowing what I could and couldn't do but the beauty of Holly's classes are the bespoke nature so everything is tailored to be suitable for you to do, Holly also offers Diastasis Recti assessment throughout the course which I found really helpful. One of my fave things about the class is bringing your baby along too! I believe in modelling positive behaviours and my little girl is quite the mover already - rolling around the studio having a great time while mumma gets a work out too, I love it!I've made great friends with other mums in the class and was really sad when it got to the end of the 12 weeks, Holly has created such a community feel and it is a beautiful thing to be a part of ❤️

I've really enjoyed the Pram Fit sessions with Holly and a lovely group of mums. The exercise has helped me strengthen my core and build my fitness levels after pregnancy. It's also nice to talk to other new mums and just get out of the house in the fresh air. Holly is really supportive and encouraging and tailors the exercises to suit all levels. It's a great way to start your day and the babies love it too.

I have been attending Holly’s pre and post natal classes for over a year. I would recommend Holly 100 times. She will be your biggest cheerleader and encourage you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. What she knows about pregnancy and post natal fitness is incredible. Coming to her class has been one of the highs of my maternity leave and massively helped with my mental and physical recovery after having my baby. Her classes are friendly, supportive and a great way to meet other mums and babies - my baby girl loves it as much as I do!

It doesn't matter if you have a baby, toddler, or teenager, the strong mama classes with Holly are brilliant. I walk away each week feeling strong and confident in my body. The classes are small, but not intimidating, everyone has different fitness levels and Holly is amazing at empowering you. Each workout class is different week by week, and your taught how to properly engage and strengthen your core again after having a baby. I'd recommend anyone sitting on the fence about coming along to a class to do it, I'm so glad I did.

Holly is fantastic, her classes are fun and at the perfect level. Her advice and reassurance throughout pregnancy has been really valuable. The prenatal classes have been so beneficial for my mental and physical wellbeing throughout pregnancy. Looking forward to joining post natal once baby arrives.

Highly recommend Holly! Just completed the post natal classes. Great for building confidence and meeting other mummy's/ babies. All classes were varied with different exercises to suit everyone's abilities. Love Pram fit also. Nice to be outdoors in the fresh air xxxx

I have just finished the 12 Week post natal classes with Holly and they have been brilliant. Holly is a great teacher and demonstrator and is so wonderfully encouraging. Having just had a baby, it's been so nice going to a fitness class which has gradually increased activity over the weeks and I've been able to take baby too (so there has never been any worry about who will look after her). The sessions are well paced, and you really feel like Holly cares about your recovery and helping you get fit again.Being in the post-natal period it can be really easy to shut yourself away and not go out, but i've looked forward to these classes week in and week out to help me get some of my fitness back and they have the added benefit of meeting other wonderful mums who are in the same boat!Thank you Holly for having these classes to help pre and post natal mums.
