Decided to change to this pharmacy. Called last week to see the services provided including home delivery. Told that it was no problem. When I went to finalise the arrangements I was told that they couldn't guarantee home delivery - only if a slot was available as they are a very busy pharmacy. Told them that I was going to have to look elsewhere and they didn't seem in the slightest put out.

Very friendly and helpful staff

This pharmacy is one of the closest to my home and also to my GP’s surgery. I collect most of my regular medications from there.I have always found the pharmacists and staff very helpful and friendly. Waiting times are usually very reasonable.I note that they ask me for my address to check that medication is being handed to the person for which it is intended; a reassuring security practice.Covid distancing arrangements are well signposted and seem to be followed by most customers in my experience.On occasions when I ask to speak to a pharmacist one is always available and ready to offer free professional advice and I notice there is a private consultation room available although I have never used it.There is also a good range of other items on display at reasonable prices and the staff ready to help re pricing or other query I might have.There are several parking places available including a disabled one.I thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.
