I purchased a mercedes over the phone. The video and information sent to me about the car was Bang On.Northover Cars even held onto the car for 6 weeks as this was a Christmas gift for my partner.When I come to collect the Mercedes the car locked even better than the video I was over the moon.Northover evern sorted the registration document and taxVery polite and very professionalI would highly recommend these guys to anyone.Thank you

Second hand market is always a worry. When spending 000s it’s a financial worry. So far, one month on, two minor niggles have both been dealt with in an empathetic and professional manner. The sale of the vehicle was not the end of Northover’s care and involvement. Looking after a customer is easy when there is a ‘motive’ - once the sale is made quite often you are on your own. Seemingly not with Jason at Northover. So, reputation and honesty are clearly as important as their selling. This is only my experience, but I think the amount of good reviews shows this company for what it is; honest, human, genuine - not something every company has. They are a rare find. Thanks”

I was initially nervous about buying a car without seeing it first, however the quality of cars on offer and the communication with Jason reassured me that I was in safe hands.It was a pleasure negotiating with Jason, no hard sell and very reasonable conditions regarding the deposit and acceptance of the car.One week on and I am very happy with the car, it was exactly as described and looks great on the driveway! Just collected my new vehicle from Jason at Northover Cars . A fantastic and professional service from start to finish, I was very happy with the deal that was done and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish , they went beyond any customer service I have ever had before . I enquired about a used car for my wife as she is very particular on colours and interior trims, I happen to work for a main dealer so I did my usual checks to make sure everything was ok with the car. I called the dealer and was dealing with Jason who was very professional and transparent. Straightaway we got on and then discovered that Jason had also worked in main dealers and our paths have crossed, this was a big plus for me as the trust was immediately there. I sent Jason pictures on my wife's car and he did the same with the car we enquired on. We came to an agreement and I left a deposit, We went to view the car and I was really happy with what i saw, every car was prepared like you would from a main dealer and we collected my wife's new car. Just bought a very nice car from Northover Cars. Polite and friendly at the end of the phone and great service. We had the car delivered and it arrived early in the day, looking sparkling inside and out, serviced and with a new MOT. The helpful driver talked us through the paperwork. I'd been cautious of buying a car untried but felt happy doing so this time. So far very pleased and a lovely car to drive.

So, I have recently purchased a Mercedes SLK from Northover Cars Ltd. and the following sort of endorsement rarely emanates from my keyboard. The vehicle I bought is a very fine example of the marque and I am truly delighted with it, it is indeed every bit the promise that Northover's website offered. But that was only part of my purchasing experience.From my first phone call to pressing the 'send' button from my bank account, and indeed thereafter, the service I received from Mr. Trinkwon at NCL was exemplary. But because Whitstable is in Kent and I am in Yorkshire, I needed some reassurance that all was correct and proper with the car and upon mentioning an inspection, Mr Trinkwon offered to have the car taken to the main dealer for an independent inspection, which he did and all was well as expected, complete with a detailed printed report. Thereafter he arranged for its MOT, again flying colours.Then he arranged delivery for me, a journey of 230 miles, and on the day of its arrival at 9.00am sharp, so their driver appeared and whilst we made the final arrangements with the phone on speaker, an acquaintance, herself in sales, couldn't but overhear our conversation. After the call, my friend and I commented that we were so very impressed how professional Mr Trinkwon had been and how he had conveyed the most appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness. That formula really is quite simple isn't it - be honest and provide a high standard of service, such a rarity in my experience though, hence my very first comment in this review.In conclusion then, anyone considering purchasing a car from Northover Cars Ltd., will be guaranteed the pleasure of being the recipient of the highest standard of vehicle and service.
