I am sad to give these guys 3 stars because they are so lovely. my issue is the space provided in the gym. The weights section is way too small and the other end near the mats needs more room as well. If there was more space this gym would be the best.

June 2023. I started using this gym because my PT Adam Cook moved there. The facilities are excellent, and when I use the gym it's never too full. I'd also recommend Adam. He's a dedicated PT who knows his stuff!

A small, clean, nice looking gym. Very efficiently run. Very good at making you feel small and insignificant. And I do not agree with previous review about the staff. Those I interacted with couldn't care less.

I started training here few months ago. I love this place, always clean. Royand have been amazing, super professional, my exercises posture have improved and I feel I'm progressing a lot faster with his help.

Not very crowded which is perfect if you really aim to exercise. Most of the equipment is there. Very warm and kind trainers on site

Good equipment and facilities but what sets this gym apart from the rest is the amazing staff and management. Hands down the best Extremely accommodating, understanding and welcoming.Highly recommended!

I went to this gym the staff are excellent,however upper management lets them down.I was owned a direct debit over payment which I paid by card..was never refunded !!! .Shame cause the gym staff and Stewart deserve a 5*for their great service.
