Whitehouse Dental Practice

I have had a genuine fear of the dentist since being a small child. I can honestly say Sarah, who I have seen several times now, has made me feel so reassured and at ease. I am not the easiest patient but I've even managed to have an extraction out there, rather than going to the hospital under a general anaesthetic, as I have done in previous years. I don't know the name of her dental assistant but together they are fantastic and couldn't be happier with this practice.

Reasonably priced and can’t fault the dentistry but I find the receptionist extremely condescending.

Don't understand the negative rating on here? I started at this dentist at the beginning of the year and they have been amazing with me! I am a nervous patient and they are always patient with me and let me go at my own pace. They explain any treatment l need. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful! I would reccomend this dentist to anyone!

Amazing dentist had a tooth removed no pain as a very nervous patient was made to feel so calm AMAZING ❤️

I recommend all the dentists here. Both my daughters and myself always receive great service and professionalism. From 6 monthly check ups and cleans to some fillings ! Really calm and caring team .

First time here for me and the children. Everything was wonderful, from checking in to sitting in the dentist chair. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Dentist put us at ease and was excellent.

Dentists at this surgery have been brilliant in my personal experience with me and my children - very patient and explain clearly. If you need to take your children i would recommend.Sadly let down by rude, ignorant reception staff who interrupt and second guess (incorrectly) before you finish asking a polite question. Completely unhelpful, everything is too much trouble and on occasion give sarcastic answers - even my daughter asked why was that lady was so grumpy" when we approached to book a follow up appointment. If it wasn't for the fact my experience has been poor on more than one occasion I would let it pass as someone having a bad day but it would seem some people don't enjoy their job and dont want to be there."

Dentists are great but the receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. I turned up 2 minutes late to an appointment after travelling 45 minutes to my appointment to be turned away, receptionist is now making it extremely difficult for me to rebook a new appointment. Since when did receptionist get so much authority ? It's a shame as it let's the dental practice down. I am also not the only one with dealings with these front of house staff

Nobody ever picks up the phone in this place you have to go in to make an appointment. We are desperate for dentists, appointments are missed and patients are struck off just because there is zero communication.
