Brilliant! - Apple and Timpson couldn’t do it, but this guy made my day by repairing my iPad by removing a thoroughly stuck broken off cable head in the charger slot. The service was excellent, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Exceptional service received from Phil!! He is a very genuine guy, offering honest advice, especially for me considering moving between an Android device to Apple.....safe to say after my conversation with him, I stuck with Android. Thanks a million!! Couldn't be more helpful. Thought my Microsoft Surface needed a new battery, or was dead. Took it in and Phill explained what he could do to have a look at it and what it might be (using language that actually made sense). Kept it for a couple of days to make sure it was sorted but after resetting it everything has been working fine with him so I have it back and fully working. Can't thank him enough, also no charge as it didn't need anything, very genuine guy and will definitely use them again, and so good to have this service in the local area. Thank you!

Great service, no charge made for sorting out a dodgy charging port that just needed a good clean out, we thought that it would need an expensive repair! Phill is so friendly and wouldn't take a payment, there's not many companies that don't just think of money but do their job to help people. By the way, the store is close to the small roundabout at the bottom of church street, just up from Shimla restaurant. Google maps sent me to a Chinese takeaway further up the road. Plenty of parking in the shopping area just a short walk away.

Both mics on my OnePlus 7 Pro stopped working, it also needed back glass as mine was cracked, they ordered the parts which arrived in a few days and had them both replaced for £84.Everything works great and I can make calls again!Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, got a screen change on iPhone XR but had a lot of trouble logging in to my apple ID to test it out. The guy couldn't have been more patient if he tried! Friendly and genuine going that extra mile when he really didn't have too. Got logged in and phone works exactly as it should. Highly recommend going with your next tech issue.
