Lincoln Yoga - Paul Mullen

I try to attend Paul’s classes whenever I can and thoroughly enjoy the experience. He is very thorough, professional and explains how to carry out postures with clarity, catering for all abilities. I go away feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and very relaxed. After attending Paul’s classes over the last couple of years, I’ve developed excellent health benefits to the mind and body. I would highly recommend Paul's classes to anyone of all abilities. A good amount of time is spent on relaxation, helping to clear any of your stresses from the day/week. Paul is very good at helping you obtain the correct posture for the yoga moves he teaches, to achieve maximum benefit from his class. Very professional, approachable and friendly teacher. Enjoyable relaxing classes.

I have been using Paul as my yoga instructor for approximately 18 months now. He immediately made me feel at easy going into a class were I knew no one or anything about yoga. The relaxation sessions before and after each class really help, my partner and I both agree we have the best nights sleep. I would recommend Paul for anyone who wants to try Yoga for the first time.
