The staff here are so helpful especially Ali and Shannon in the evening. They went above and beyond whilst helping me find a parcel that has gone missing (through no fault of their own).

Staff and customers, but mainly staff are always smoking at the side of the entrance, so it smells terrible. Also, don't use the InPost lockers as your items will smell of cigarettes.

I love going in this little shop, all the staff are happy and pleasant whether it's first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The very lovely Nush served me this morning with her usual smile, great staff attitude here!!

Whenever I visit this shop, I’m greeted and served by helpful, upbeat and positive staff. Today, they went above and beyond to ensure that my purse was returned to me. It fell out of my bag and I didn’t even know it was missing! Thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful. You’re all stars!

On Saturdays my daughter and I have a ritual whilst waiting for her sister to finish music. We go to this Co-operative store and get chocolate croissants. Today they had run out! We asked if they had any more coming out. The wonderful Clare and her team couldn’t have been more helpful and popped another two in the oven just for us. Amazing, helpful and kind. Thank you!

Why on a visit to the store today were there 3 different sets of customers walking around without face coverings ? when I asked at the till if you didn't need to wear a mask in store I was told you did but there was nothing they could do about it. I work in retail and its quite simple no mask refuse to serve them at the till people will soon learn unless profits are more important to you. Would not want my employees working in that environment. Defiantly not helping the community in the fight against Covid and not Covid secure. Thoughts of a family of key workers

The customer service in this shop is seriously let down by 2 very rude and unhelpful individuals one of them being Dean and other nina. Dean had improved the way he spoke to customers of late to be fair however nina is just plain rude and unhelpful when you ask for a product rather than even make an attempt to help she just says as a customer we should know all the different products and she is not there to tell us what alternatives they have if they out of stock of a particular product never heard of such absurd and rude service in all my life and this is not an isolated incident it is the norm. Nina i suggest you get a job working away from customer service clearly not suited. Co- op obviously not bothered about customer care either .

I’ve been into this Co-Op only a handful of times, whenever I’m in the area. Service has always been incredibly polite and easy to navigate around.Despite the size of the store, there is a great range of products available. There’s good parking available and a local destination for the community.

Well where do I start. Dean thinks he own the CoOp. Always emptying the costa machine and blocking the queue but moans at customers for not queuing in the right place. Starts conversations with customers when they aren't at the till but then doesn't want to listen until he is back behind the till stating please don't talk to me until I am at the till". All I want to do is grab a few bits from the local shop but he makes this experience very awkward. I can't wait u till Aldi opens opposite. Please don't employ Dean. He is far too big for his boots"
