From the first phone call I made to Forget me not, I knew I had found the right funeral directors to take care of my mum. Jackie and Claire made everything easy and helped us so much in making all the arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the funeral was simple and very special with a lovely celebrant speaking about mum's life. I recommend Forget me not as a kind and genuinely caring funeral directors.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and compassion of Forget-Me-Not Funeral Services when they handled my mother-in-law’s funeral. They were kind, attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, and treated us with dignity and respect. They took care of everything, from arranging the flowers and music, to providing a beautiful hearse and limousine. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions with patience and clarity. They also showed great skill and expertise in handling all the details of the funeral, from the paperwork right down to the beautiful service which was a fitting tribute to our beloved mother-in-law. They were always available and responsive, and made us feel that we were in good hands. They truly went above and beyond to make this difficult time easier for us. I can’t thank them enough for their excellent service and support.

Cannot speak highly enough of Jackie, Claire and Gillian at FMN's. We have sadly had a number of people pass on in short succession but the girls have handled it with the upmost care and compassion with a modern approach to a traditional service. Highly professional and knowledgeable but also caring and have an uncanny ability to make you feel at ease. Not only are the people warm, friendly and immaculate but so are the premises. The shop is bright and welcoming and the girls are on hand day and night with the shop open during the usual business hours. You are welcomed in and usually offered a beverage and chat about your needs or updates and no request is ever too complicated it seems. At this stage I would say they have become friends to the family and would never wish to use any other service for the family's needs. If you are looking for great facilities and people with a warmth and professionalism during the darkest times. I cannot recommend anything else more

Jackie, Claire, Gillian and our celebrant Avril all showed such empathy, respect and warm support for our whole family when our treasured Mam , Olive died. They made such a sad time seem to turn around to feel uplifting and memorable. I knew the minute we engaged them that my Mam was in safe hands and I cannot praise this team highly enough for both the wonderful standards of quality and professionalism that they live by and for the way that they genuinely care about each of their clients and their individual situation . They are outstanding in what they do. Thank you all again for everything. It was truly appreciated .

We have used Forget Me Not Funeral service for 3 of our close family now we wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff Jackie, Claire and gillian go above and beyond they are truly one of a kind. From first entering we felt at ease and warmly welcomed into the most beautiful of premises which had such a calming effect. The care that was shown to myself and all my family was second to none and to this day we still call back for a cuppa and a chat.

At a time when everything in the world just stopped and I could not find a way forward in dealing with my heartbreak and loss, Forget me not were there. This amazing team just seemed to pick my family up and guide us through the devastation of losing the one who made us what we all are. From the very beginning right through until we said our goodbyes and beyond. They were there, offering support and compassionate and sensitive guidance.I would have been lost without them and the understanding shown by them of our bereavement was so unbelievably caring and respectful.This is not just 'a company', they are the most amazing team and felt like they became part of our family.Being offered the time and space to make the plans we wanted as a family was so freely given.Thankyou so much for everything you all did to ease our pain. As a family we will be eternally grateful.

We can't thanks Claire & Jackie for the love & care shown to my Dad as well as myself and my family. As soon as we walked in to arrange my Dad's funeral we felt the warmth, Helen who assists is dedicated to the business to. To do what they do you need to be a very special & caring person, that's what they are. My Dad was in the chapel for a few weeks, the attentivness never changed from the moment he entered, to the day we put him to rest.

What can I say..... one of the most loveliest funerals I've been too was carried out by forget me not funeral service it was a dear friend of mine and every aspect of the funeral was done to perfection from the beautifully decorated wicker basket to the lovely celebrant who took the service not to mention the ladies Claire, Jackie and Gillian they are superb at what they do they have such a natural empathy and understanding and truly go the extra mile.
