Pilates Factory

I stumbled on pilates factory on Instgram and was very impressed with Emma and her impeccable form with pilates. I signed up to an annual membership & I'm really pleased with the quality of the on demand classes. Emma is good at explaining how to perform the moves correctly and in the correct form so you get he most out of your workouts. There are 3 levels available and a good variety of workouts Emma just presents it all so well. I've done 3 & a half hours in 4 days and been getting up at 6am to do a workout before work. Emma has re-ignited my passion for pilates afterm my last teacher who was moves were lacking a lot of instruction and precision. This is what i call proper pilates, really happy with my membership thank you .

A fantastic Pilates class and teacher! Emma keeps sessions fresh and she makes sure there are alternatives to each move to suit all abilities/cater for injuries. A really warm, welcoming and fun class.

Emma is a great teacher and really allows you to build up your experience at your own pace. She is extremely knowledgeable and after several breaks and injuries to my arm and shoulder, making some of the pilates moves almost impossible, Emma always came up with a variety of different options for me , which took my injuries into account. Her classes were an integral part of my rehabilitation and my recovery rate was much faster than expected.
