Love my kitchen, nothing was too much trouble for Rob & Chris, they ere happy to make slight changes as we went along - would highly recommend.CLC took on the project of knocking out a wall/utility room and replacing all the kitchen units. They completed all the work including fitting a upvc ceiling and vinyl flooring. Dealing with just the one company for everything made the experience a lot easier.

Avoid this company at all costs.They never reply to emails, and do not sort out problems. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.Ordered a bath panel June 13th. Delivered broken. Called and they sent a replacement. Also delivered broken. I had to send about 6 emails before getting a reply about a third one, which had a huge wait time so I opted to cancel for a refund and have them collect the damaged panels, which was finally agreed on 10th August.From 10th Aug for the following weeks and months they kept telling me they would send a courier to collect the panels and were issuing a refund. I would say about 1 in 4 times they said they'd sent a courier, one would turn up, but refuse to collect the panels from my garden, and the time I was in, they wouldn't take it as they had no room in the van!After me sending regular emails (at least weekly, almost never replied to), they finally issued me a refund at the end of October, but never collected the panels.Terrible Customer Service - Never reply to emails, and do not sort the problem out, not to mention how long it takes! AVOID.Lastly - One of the 5 star reviewers at the bottom - Lucy, works for the company (though does not reply to emails)! How cheeky!

Ordered a sink off website in plenty of time before kitchen fitters arrived. No delivery or communication for around 10 days, when they finally answered the phone I was informed item wasn't in stock despite website saying it was stocked. Had taken money out of my account. Chased several times and then had to source alternate item. Asked for refund...which I had to chase! If you are after good online service then I used east coast kitchens!

Avoid using CLC at all costsOrdered 2 sinks, no delivery/email/phone call after 10 days (even though on website delivery clearly states 5-7 working days or they will contact you). I contacted them numerous times to chase delivery, ended up cancelling my order whilst on the phone to them as they couldn’t guarantee my required delivery. After 5 days still no refund I rang (left messages) and emailed. Luckily I paid through PayPal and have been able to claim my money back through them but it’s taken 2 weeks. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

SO ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to contact them to ascertain the delivery date of two sinks which I have been waiting for for over a month. I have contacted them by phone on numerous occasions only to be met by a recorded message which required me to email the company. This I did on no fewer than three occasions only , again, to be met with a wall of silence. At long last I managed to get through by phone today only to be told the company don't deliver to the Highlands [complete hogwash......every other company does!!!] and that they had emailed me to let me know this. I DID NOT receive the email....or any other email responses to my enquiries about the whereabouts of my sinks. The truth of the matter is that CLC have been sitting with over £500 of my money for over 28 days without truly trying to contact me. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE....AND I WOULD CERTAINLY NEVER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am now sitting with a new kitchen which has two holes where sinks should be! BEYOND FURIOUS. i am only giving this company a one star rating as Google Reviews do not allow a zero rating....but a zero rating is what this company deserves.

This Company is awful, dreadful service and disgusting attitude towards customers. I ordered a sink a sink from CLC and the sink was supposed to come in 5-7 days. 2 Weeks later I've been on the phone 2 or 3 times each time to someone completely useless who can't put me through to someone who can actually tell me where the sink is. 5 times they've promised to call me back over 3 days and no one ever has. I've had to cancel my order and order with someone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DISGUSTING customer service, was lied to to get get order.Ordered on a Friday morning, told the gentleman on the phone that we needed the sink in in a hurry. He told us it would be delivered most probably on Tuesday, Thursday at the latest. Thursday came and went, no sink.So I phoned only to be told that it hadn't been dispatched until that Thursday!Nearly a whole week to dispatch 1 item!!!We had ordered the sink for my elderly mother in law who had already had a lot of problems getting her new kitchen fitted,I explained this to the manager at the centre and said the very least he could do was phone Anne and apologise, which he agreed to.But even that didn't happen, they couldn't even be bothered with a phone call to apologise??I feel we have given them a reasonable chance to remedy the situation but they obviously don't care about their customer service.DO NOT ORDER from these people, they don't deserve to be in business. I'm sure there are plenty of businesses that deserve your hard earned money, NOT THESE CLOWNS!

Sadly I have to agree that this is the worst company I have ever used. Sinks did not arrive, no communication, no confirmation of a refund which I worry now will not materialise. They told me there was a fire in the factory, but after speaking to other suppliers this is untrue. After waiting 2-3 weeks I then had to pay for next day delivery from another company as our worktops were being templated. Also ordered some kitchen lighting from them, 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived, they have told name twice it has been delivered which is also clearly untrue. They dont answer emails and expect to take 1-2 hours of constant phoning to be able to contact them, and then to be fobbed off, or a promise to ' phone straight back' which doesnt happen. Would never ever use the company again, if I could give zero stars I would.

Avoid this company. Clearly understaffed as it’s always difficult to get ahold of someone. No-one taking real ownership of your problem, I spoke to numerous people who all promised me callbacks with an update on my order but I never received any callbacks and was the only one chasing. I only ordered a bathroom sink unit and despite the advertised delivery of a week I eventually got the piece 4 weeks later and broken. One of the call handlers even told me the reason for the delay was due to the item being fragile. Well clearly your logistics company never got that memo. It caused constant delays with my plumber and bathroom fitter who had to keep going home after further broken promises of receiving the part needed to fix it. Eventually it was sent from the supplier a week later direct to CLC as they had failed to include my address in the email to the supplier. The sink should never have taken 5 weeks to arrive, it wasn’t out of stock and I live in the Highland region but not in a hermit bothy on the top of a mountain? I bought a lot of items from various companies as I’m redecorating the whole house and none of them have given such a bad retail experience. Just another company that fails at delivering decent customer service! They could and should be doing so much better.

Never, ever use this company! I paid for a radiator that was supposed to be delivered within days but didn't arrive. Each time I've contacted them since then they've given me a new delivery date and pinned all the blame on the radiator company. A month on, this morning I contacted the radiator company and they said I had been lied to and that the order was never out for delivery because CLC have not passed over my money. And until they do there will be no delivery. They advised me that I was not alone in this experience and that I should order through anther company. Problem is CLC have my money are are not answering their phones. Absolute nightmare!
