This is one unprofessional and unsafe care home for the elderly management are only there for the money they don't take any complaints from family members into consideration nor do they inform family member if something has happened to there loved ones hours later where as the staff team especially the senior carer julia Hill has attitude and is very unprofessional at her job when asked if she could assisted my granddad who was half way down his bed she stared huffing and puffing saying we have already been to him.but I am.sorry this is your job and if you can't care for the elderly then you are in the wrong job as a senior carer who is proving care you should have been more approable and professional when complaintsto managed they said we will deal with it as they have had alot of complaints about the same senior carer but nothing has been done.

A beautiful home ,The staff work very hard to ensure the residents live their best lives , nothing is ever too much trouble .

Shameful home, looks nice but care is substandard, just a cash cow for the owner complaints go ignored. Avoid at all costs.

Stunning 5 star hotel like facility. You'll want to move in yourself.

Terrible run carehome staff just sit there doing nothing apart from being on there phones when you speak to the manager she doesnt care as all she does is stuff her face and sit in her office and never comes out so glad i got my mum out of this place the stuff she has told me makes me sick

Amazing place. Absolutely stunning decor and very high quality of care for residents. Staff are friendly, helpful and hard working. Management are all lovely! Couldnt recommend a better place for your loved ones that need any extra care.

My uncle was cared for, for a short period of time in the care home.It was a great experience for the whole family, my uncle received excellent care and as a family we felt relieved and grateful for the fantastic team from nursing to managers and other administrative staff, all on hand and readily available if we ever needed to discuss anything.

It is very poor from a care point of view. The staff are not up to the job bar one person who cares and has the ability, to manage this care home. The lady’s name is Barbara and she’s superb and extremely competent. This care home is very poorly managed. The allure is the nice furniture but the care is sub standard. I have tried to raised all my genuine concern with the manager but response was always very poor and unprofessional, untill Barbara was involved. She has management skill, is very compassionate lady and she tried to address my genuine concern as best as she could. Without her I would rate this care home 0 out of 10.

I have seen some pretty amazing examples of the care provided by this home and the lengths they go to for their residents. They do a wonderful job. I loved seeing the gentleman resident who used to be a Fishwick bus driver have a specially organised visit from two of their double decker buses and being dressed in his old uniform just to have a chance to sit back behind the wheel again. That was just brilliant!.

My Father was recently in Hulton House what an amazing place with beautiful rooms and lovely decor throughout. Staff are lovely so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The food is 5 star my Father loved it, so delicious and lots of choice. All in all a wonderful place with great Staff and Management. I would recommend Hulton House to anyone.
