Friendly and knowledgable salesman explained options available and order process through to delivery.was advised car and colour i wanted was available and already in uk, however on approaching expected pickup date received phone call to say it was on its way from france and not ready for pick up for a further 3 weeks, causing a problem as i had sold my car.manager apologised, said this was not a problem and supplied me with a similar model until collection of mine. excellent handover process and a nice personal touch after the salesman had finished handover was the greeting and thanks by the manager for my custom.Excellent customer service

Bought a used Ford Fiesta through Jamie Jones this week. Great experience with him - very helpful and respectful of my needs and budget, quickly worked out a good deal for me.
