I was already signed up to an agency prior to Only Social Care who I switched to when i was let down with my first job choice. Kane, my consultant, delivered that same job that I expressly wanted and I have remained with the same Local Authority and with Only Social Care ever since. I have had a top notch, no nonsense, high quality service from a great team and consultant who acted in my best interest and secured me more benefits further down the line. I receive job offers every day as an agency social worker, some at higher pay rates but i would now not consider switching and intend to remain until the end of my agency career. If any other social work or other professional is considering which agency to go for I recommend Only Social Care.

When I registered I was very quickly hooked up with 3 interviews. It is intense but if you want work, they will do their best to help you get one. Both Kane & Craig were both brilliant.I feel like the compliance process is very long and off putting given it is agency work but think that's everywhere. The agency itself was brilliant and got me work very quickly which I'm still in...6 weeks later.
