I ordered a collection from what I thought was my local Marini but turned out it was the wrong one. Anyway, I called the chippy and asked for it to be delivered. They did it and my order was still hot. Excellent service.

I bought a sausage supper, single fish and 4 pickles. Only thing worth eating was the pickles. The sausage and the fish was were extremely dry and no flavour. The chips were OK but nothing to write home about.

Genuinely well cooked, delicious fish and chips. Always hot and fresh. Happy customer until tonight - EDITED: was 5 stars until I made an order via Ubereats which incorrectly ordered at Rutherglen. O get it’s an Ubereats issue - but instead of trying to sort it out I get a woman barking at me as if I’ve killed someone over and over again “We don’t do UberEats! We don’t do Ubereats!”. I KNOW!!! There is a problem with the app you mad woman! Completely unhelpful and disrespectful- she had no idea I was a regular and as I result I’m out of pocket for an order in Cathcart I can’t collect. Really terrible customer service - no effort to sort it out. It’s late. I won’t be back, which is a shame as the food is really good but unless they can attempt customer service I’ll go elsewhere! I’ve had orders an hour late before now but at least they came with an apology.

Got 2 lunchtime suppers from here the other day Hblack pudding was halfed down to look like 2 and the chips were inedible so forced the black pudding down and the sausages down very poor food as for the chips they went in the bin even the dog didn't eat them

This place is excellent! Delicious fish n chips. And chips cooked in vegetable oil which seems rare in Scotland. Good pizza also, though a bit on the doughy side. Curry sauce is just so tasty. They have their own (fast!) delivery too, so you don't need to pay JustEat fees etc. Friendly staff.
