7 Star Dry Cleaners

The most loveliest little family run business whom I have using for years now. Even though I have moved, I still use them and will continue to do so. Great customer service, always friendly and ready to go the extra mile, and great quality and standard of work. Especially in these times, supporting small businesses is essential, and 7 star is a business definitely worth supporting. 7 stars for 7 star!

A fantastic local business to support. I've been in a few times for dry cleaning and once for an alteration. Each time I've been blown away by the level of service there. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, squeezing a job in when I was in a hurry. Can't recommend enough.

My partner and I have used 7 Star's services for years and have never been disappointed. We recently moved out of the area but have stayed with these dry cleaners who deliver a fantastic and timely service and have taken such good care of a range of our items. A superb small business which I do not hesitate to recommend.

We should have the ability to give ZERO star. I have never experience such a bad service in my life. I have brought my coat to repair the zip and I have asked the lady to have a discreet colour (the original color was a mat silver). I have waited 2 weeks for a phone call to know if it was ready and had to show up to check and it was. But the color of the zip was an awful golden color and it was missing one part of my coat. I have said that this is not what I’ve asked for and the lady basically didn’t care and say they will not do anything about it so I can just take it or leave it. I have then asked a discount as this is not what I asked and she said no, I wanted to take back my coat and she wouldn’t let go of it unless I pay the full price! I was in shock, I literally had to fight to get back what was mine, a man which I believe was working there walked in and start pulling the coat out of my hand and insulted me of “LITTLE WHITE TRASH”. I was basically FORCED to pay the full price for something that was not what I requested, I was insulted and physically mistreated in that store. Literally in shock!

Been using seven stars for some years now. Tried a few others around camberwell area but by far Seven star never fails to disappoint. Great speedy service, clothes are always ready on time and service has always been great! Highly recommended, keep up the good work guys!

I've been using 7 Star for my dry cleaning and the occasional alteration for more than ten years now and they have always been extremely friendly, professional and reliable. Despite no longer being based nearby I continue to use them regularly and I would, and do, thoroughly recommend this friendly, family run business to others.

I had an incredible experience with this service. They went above and beyond to help me with last-minute alterations to my trousers just before a wedding. Jay and his mother were exceptionally warm, friendly, and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend their services, and I genuinely believe it would be hard to find a more welcoming and kind-hearted team.

Nice little family business - I've used this place 4 or 5 times for minor repairs and alterations (new zippers, taking in trousers etc.) and they've always been really good, finishing quickly and to a good standard, with helpful knowledgeable staff
