I ordered two coffees today at roughly 1pm, one americarno and one flat white. I made a point of mentioning I didn't want milk in my americarno however it was served with milk, I requested it be changed, a young blonde female about 18/19 snatched the coffee from the counter, chucked the lid across the room and huffed, I didn't get any apology, in fact she didn't speak a word! her mannerisms were disgusting, she should not be working in a customer facing role. COSTA learn to train your staff!

This is definitely a nice happy place of mine, whether I'm able to sit indoors or just in the car (depending on anxiety). I've always loved the drinks here and there's never anyone there that is annoying in any way

An ideally suited coffee shop within the Costa franchise but very busy drafty ( if you sit anywhere near the door in winter ) and always ques out of the door even though they have 2 working coffee machines.Something which really got my attention and I haven’t seen done at other Costa Stores but is done at this one especially today is that which might be contributing to the long ques out of the door. When people have been ordering food they have to wait at the counter until it is cooked ( reheated )and no one else in the que at the till is served until the person has received there hot food.It may or may not be clear from the 4 pictures I have added but tables are not being cleared as people are leaving the 4 staff (2 staff per till) are staying behind the counter!!!This store shares its car park with PC World Carpet right Ikea Maplins, Jolleys and M&S food hall but even if you can’t get right next to your shop of choice there is always room else where in the car park.The staff are really nice, don’t get me wrong , however this store would and could be really fantastic if only they would clear the trays and cutlery and clean down the tables then go on a que busting missing during peak times ( these happen Saturday and Sunday as well ).I would be delighted to go back in a few weeks to this shop providing the above key points have been challenged by the staff.

Someone said recently this location was newly refurbished.....nor convinced this is true as the place whilst generally clean didn't sparkle as you would expect.As for service, dropped another star for this....OK, times are rough and working life isn't always fun but any chance of a smile with the service? Both women behind counter had faces more akin to a wet day in winter at the seaside.....and when asked about croissants all I got was a grunt and told no, there arnt any. At that point (1045) delivery arrived with fresh cakes etc.....would have been nice if they had suggested I wait for a few minutes.I think next rime its the M&S cafe across the retail park where at least the staff looked happy!

Absolutely love this place. My social worker and I go for coffee afternoons here and food is always on top and coffee or whatever I drink is amazing would reccomend

Usual Saturday aftet shopping. Service is always amazing, food and drinks are too. But today...wow the salted caramel frappe is the best one l have ever had. It was perfect. I cant remember the name of the guy that made it but he needs to be complimented.Thank you for making my lunch more enjoyable.

Good food and excellent service. One of the staff took time out to show me how the app on my phone works, thanks for that. Well worth a visit if you are on Sweet Briar or in the area.
