New Look

No men section at all - all offline shops are focused on women and kids only.

If 0 stars were possible I’d give 0 stars. But 1 star is necessary to put the review. We waited in the queue at New look in the fort erdington for 25 mins while it was fairly quiet but it barely moved because there were people shopping online at the tills. When we eventually got to the front no one apologised for the wait. A man behind us still waiting complained that no one was getting seen to. This is when Furhana (I made sure to ask for her name because she was that rude) started arguing with him. Even after he had gone back to his place in the queue she continued to moan about him to colleagues in front of customers even saying she was going to be slower just to spite him. This is when my mom told her to look at the size of the queue which was curling round the shop at this point. Her argument was that the woman she was serving was a customer so I reminded her every single person in the queue is also a customer. She proceeded to raise her voice at me with a disgraceful attitude which I told her was awful customer service so I asked for her name and left. I hope to get a response reassuring me she has been spoken to about her behaviour otherwise I will be spreading this feedback further. What an awful way to end, what up until that point, was a lovely shopping trip.

What a fantastic day we had when we went to the New Look Fort...What a lovely bunch of guys you have working there....sooooo upbeat and they give off such a awesome (family) vibe.....

Amazing to have New Look back at The Fort! Everyone I spoke to was warm and welcoming, found lots of beautiful clothes :)
