I completed my 6 week MFNI transformation on Sunday 13 Feb. I started on 3 January 22 very overweight and unfit. The classes were hard, the 1st class I didn't feel fit enough to complete the warmup but I kept going and by the 4th week I was surprised by how well my body was responding to the fitness routine.To give you an idea about where I was, I joined a gym in August 2021 knowing I needed to change my lifestyle, paid all the fees but it wasn't until I started the Mercury 6 week challenge in Jan 2022 that I attended the gym for the 1st time.The result of the challenge is that I lost 19.4lbs in 6 weeks, feel fitter, trousers now button again and I feel like training regularly. Over the next 6 weeks I want to lose another 15lbs and I believe I will do that thanks to MFNI.It doesn't matter what age you are, I'm 57, take up the challenge and you'll never look back.Good luck

I have absolutely loved my time with Mercury Fitness. I joined after not training for two years and only wanted to improve my fitness, I got so much more from it. The Mercury community helped me get healthier and happier, as well as giving me the confidence to get back into sport and push my own fitness levels. I’ve genuinely loved my time with Mercury and couldn’t recommend it enough. Massive thanks to Jay and the team, especially for how they have managed continuing to motivate and support people during 2020.

Never did I think I would enjoy exercise but Mercury Fitness has changed my mind. Best bootcamp by far.Just completed my 6 week challenge and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I've seen a huge difference in my fitness, and mentally feeling better. Classes are always enjoyable and fun.Everyone is friendly, encouraging and supportive.Jason and his team off instructors always there to give you the motivation you need.

By far the best decision I will have made in 2022 is to join Mercury Fitness, and I'm confident enough to say that in only May!I suffer with an underactive thyroid and lost my motivation during Covid lockdown to try break the cycle of a slow metabolim and perpetual weight gain and huge loss in self confidence.I thought the best thing to do would be to join a fitness class that would stop me from just wandering aimlessly at the gym, which is so easy to do. I found Mercury on Facebook and had to send Jason a message to find out more.Mercury has turned out to so much more than just a class, its a team that goes above and beyond to be supportive to each and every member. Its a fun, social way to get healthy! Looking forward to workout classes? who would have thought it!Classes are fun! and expertly lead by a fantastic team of instructors who are friendly, encouraging and genuinely rooting for you to do your best!Having completed the 6 week challenge I couldn't just walk away having lost more weight than I had managed in the 5 years post thyroid diagnosis!I couldn't recommend Mercury Fitness enough! I can promise you it's so worth investing your time into yourself via Mercury!! If youre reading this, Go for it!

Completed the 6 week boot camp with Mercury Fitness.I have really enjoyed the whole programme, the instructors are great craic and encourage you to push yourself.The first couple of weeks were a shock to the system but once you get going it all gets alot easier and you can really see the results. The best bit about it is that it's all outdoor's - rain hail or shine.Big thanks to the Mercury Team as in short space of time I increased my fitness, improved my health and hit the goals! 20lbs lighter!!

I’ve just finished my six week challenge with Mercury Fitness and all I can say is that if you’re willing to get stuck in and be disciplined with your diet this programme really works.I’d tried lots of times to get motivated to go to the gym, doing a class or two and then not being able to keep at it. The six week programme meant that I had to show up for 3 classes a week and I surprised myself by wanting to do 4! For someone who felt intimidated by the gym, I felt welcomed and encouraged from my very first session. Conor and Judith’s classes were fantastic and pushed me further than I thought I could go.I’ve wanted to be healthier and fitter for years without being able to find something I actually enjoyed doing, but the classes were always good craic and I can honestly say I looked forward to going! I’m so pleased to have lost 19lb and 5% body fat and am looking forward to continuing to work towards my goals. I know I wouldn’t have managed this without Mercury’s help. If you’re thinking of doing the challenge, just go for it. You won’t regret it!

I had a fantastic transformation challenge with Mercury. The trainers were amazing, the workouts were great craic and the 6 weeks were the toe up the bum I needed. It was easy to see the progress week on week and I ended feeling strong and like I accomplished something amazing! I'm glad I stopped being a ginny and just done it. Also I am 20.2lbs lighter and can do savage damage to a slam ball.

I have just finished the 6-week challenge with Mercury Fitness and it was an incredibly positive experience. From the first virtual meeting to discuss my aims through to the culmination of the challenge, Jay and the team have been encouraging, supportive, firm and fun. Having exercised all my life and a keen runner and triathlete, my weight had crept on over the last 10 years and my motivation was a rock bottom.I was apprehensive of joining the boot camps at first as I thought I would be going to an elite class and I wouldn’t be fit enough to even start – I didn’t need to worry. The other members were so encouraging and welcoming, combined with the brilliant instructors making sure everyone had modifications if needed, I quicky settled in and felt part of the crew from day 1. The sessions were brilliant, after each one I felt exhausted and exhilarated; giving me the motivation to come back soon to keep improving. I enjoyed them so much I ended up doing 4 or 5 a week instead of the 3 that is recommended.The progress wasn’t just down to the workouts, thanks to Jay’s nutrition guide and accountability I really started to see results quickly; monitoring my calories and knowing that I had clear goals made it straight forward to keep going. Even when I had a wobble in week 4, Jay was on hand to quickly give me great advice to get me back on track. I finished the 6 weeks 8.5kg lighter and in the best shape I have been in for 10 years, more importantly I have my motivation back. If you are thinking of signing up, I could not recommend it enough; it's not easy and you do have to put the effort in, however the results at the end are fantastic – remember it’s a challenge not a magic solution, you get out what you put in.
