Just collected a donner kebab and it was raw! Had to grill the meat at home! but won’t be going to chicken express ever again! I’ve been getting food from there for many years! Standard has definitely dropped!!

Asked for a Lamb Donna and Chips from the extra menu 4.50 Got charged 6.80 when I ask about this they where very defensive and unhelpful to the point of leave or take it. They had already bagged our order so felt inclined to pay. As you can see by my photo upload both mine and my freinds food had excess liquid that we believe to be greese. We thrown most of it away as it wasn't great at all bar the chips which where pretty good.

So me and a few friends were watching the football last night and decided to order 5 pizzas. Today a few of my friends are not feeling well due to the absolutely filth we got just take a look at the picture. Safe to say we will never order from here again.

Awful service. The last two times I've called and ordered, they've given me the wrong order and claimed I ordered incorrectly over the phone! Disgusting attitude & obviously too ignorant to admit being in the wrong, with zero effort to attempt to make amends.We all make mistakes but to immediately get on the defensive and insist I was wrong (on two occasions!) is just plain rude and poor customer service.Won't be using again & wouldn't recommend anyone else to.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. We had 2 lamb shish and 1 chicken shish and a portion of spicy spuds. All the meat was cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced. Large portion sizes. Salad was all fresh.The only negative would be its not the nicest looking shop...a bit dated looking. But first class food.

Food was good previously but when you'receive sat waiting for your dinner and then find out they have cancelled your order is complete .......... They have just had my last order ever. Service, total rubbish.

This is in relation to an order made via Just Eat on 09/02/2018 - its already on their web site.I have always given them 5* but the food was awful... The order was for 1900, they put it back to 1915 but it didn't arrive until 1950. The food was cold and inedible - imagine a kebab that was so cold the fat had set in the container... It was disgusting - £17+ thrown in the bin. The shop even turned their phone off so I couldn't complain. The poor delivery man must have been getting it in the neck from everyone (not me because I didn't blame him at all) I have no idea why the service (not the delivery man) & the food was so bad but I will never order from them again.

have always come here for years for burgers and chicken shish but the quality of the meat has got worse yet the prices still go up. The chicken is fatty and tough and the burger meat is disgusting. You've lost a regular customer in us!
