Absolutely awesome tattoo work once again over a tired old tattoo. Gayle is so talented (and amusing )I'm so pleased. Kirsten makes a wonderful tea and has brilliant customer service skills.

Myself and my daughter (8) went this morning to have piercings with Amy.She was was very helpful and friendly and knew what she was talking about she took her time marking up before doing the piercing and talked us through the whole process. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Gayle took on creating a memorial tattoo for my dad and I love what she designed! Really relaxed atmosphere, great (perfectly timed) cuppas and Gayle is a super talented artist. She was able to make adjustments to the design and we were still done well in time. Really enjoyed the whole experience and love the tribute to my dad so much thank you ☺️

I had a great piercing experience with Amy. She was professional, calming, and reassuring. Amy's knowledge of after care was really useful as I've not had a piercing for a very long time. I'll be back for my check-up and new jewellery in 6 weeks! ☆☆☆☆☆It's definitely a 5-star experience!

My daughter recently went to see Amy at Steelpoint Tattoos to have her ears pierced.Amy was so welcoming and professional. She explained the whole piercing process to my daughter really well, including proper after care.During the piercing process she was calm and reassuring and my daughter said that the piercing itself was not painful.We left Steelpoint with a little gift to take home, this included further directions on how to look after new piercings as well as contact details, a lanyard and a lollipop.I would absolutely recommend Amy from Steelpoint Tattoos to anyone who is considering having a piercing done. Great service, really professional, and super clean shop as always.Well done Steelpoint!

Honestly I'm so over the moon with my tattoo. It was my first tattoo and wow Mark was a good laugh and made me feel so comfortable and the pain wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He was very gentle and we finished before my time. You can see his stamp in this. I see the fuss behind tattoo. Already want another.Recommend recommend.

Mark is really lovely. He is a great tattoo artist with many years of experience. He is funny and puts his clients at ease with his great sense of humour. This is my second tattoo from Mark and yet again I have been left feeling impressed! The pricing is cheap and the work is stunning. With my first tattoo by Mark, I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted it to look so I trusted to give him a bit of a free hand and he did not disappoint. I 100% recommend and I will definitely be returning to Steelpoint for more. Strong 5/5!

Was a bit nervous when I went to Steel point, but when Mark did my tattoo he made me feel comfortable which helped a lot.Taking to me through the process and talking to me while doing my tattoo.Ended up having to go to another tattooist due feeling that I been ripped off £50 due a booking mishap.Also the job mark did wasn't as good as I'd hoped it would be and went just up the road in church street to a place calledPain divine to finish off the jobWhich they did.

The shop is a very approachable and inviting space. Amy is the nicest person in the whole town to get pierced from. Kept me calm through the whole process and told me what was going to happen through each step of piercing my eyebrow. Overall I had the best experience and love the result.
