Kexgill apartment, 29 Morley street Bradford has remained one exquisite home for me in terms of environment, care and administration.I enjoy staying here and will continue to stay even beyond my plans. This is my second contract and it's because it's been cozy all the way and I do not intend quilting yet.I have also made lots of referrals to friends who will also join me.Good to be here.

I moved into kexgill tower in September and have loved every second of it. Rehkka has made me feel so welcome and always done everything she can to make me feel comfortable and happy and be able to go to her about anything and everything. She has been so welcoming and makes a great atmosphere. If there is ever any issues or problems she sorts it straight away and makes sure it is done properly. Barry is always really helpful with any maintenance and miscellaneous issues around my flat and the tower. I previously lived at the green and was astonished by the welcoming staff at the tower when I came. It’s a great place to live and close to everything you could need. As someone who doesn’t drive it’s great as everything is walking distance away and easy to get to. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The rooms are so lovely and it’s great having your own facilities and not having to share bathrooms or kitchens. They always try their very best to make everyone feel welcome and at home and that is the reason I’ll be staying at kexgill for as long as I can.

I lived at kexgill for 4 years and it’s only been a year since I graduated but when I returned to visit my friend it was quite shocking to see that the stark differences and experience the bad service. The previous manager Rehka, was the best manager we’d ever had,in my opinion, but I’d noticed that other members of staff would disrespect her in front of myself and other Kexgill residents. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that such a hard working and loyal part of the Kexgill family was driven away by rude colleagues and terrible management. My friends in Kexgill have been complaining bitterly about the poor maintenance and how Barry does not seem to care about his job or the residents. This is a very stark difference to Dave, the former maintenance man, who went above and beyond to make sure residents felt comfortable. The whole experience was quite heartbreaking for me considering Kexgill was once the best place to live in bradford. However, I can see that management is determined to gradually ruin everything good about Kexgill and the students are suffering. Fix this as soon as possible please, it’s pathetic!

I have lived here since I arrived in the UK Jan 2022. I had no one in this city but kexgill became my family. It was beyond being a tenant, it felt like I had my own family right there with me. From the manager to all the hands on guys and maintenance, superb! Julie, Sharon, Barry, Andy, Melani, clearly the company culture is to care for us because as different as these individuals are, they have one thing in common, they really look after us and care about us. I hear stories from my friends from their own accommodations but I can’t relate to those challenges because it’s not the same with kexgill bradford. If you report a fault, it is attended to immediately. One time I reported my sockets being faulty and continued to manage the ones working unknown to me that it had already been done, literally the day I reported it, this was surprising. I don’t see myself living anywhere else. I have recommended my friends to stay here and they also have amazing things to say. The proximity to the key places is amazing. The train station, the city center and all the nice restaurants are all within a walking distance not mentioning the university. It’s literally a 3 minute walk. I plan to stay here even after I graduate because Kexgill has set the bar so high, I doubt I’ll find this type of service anywhere else. Looking back, I’m so happy I took a chance on them. If I could rate them a 100 stars, I would. Thank you Kexgill Bradford, there’s nowhere else I’d rather be.

In the company of a few friends recently, an argument ensued about the best student accommodation around. After analyzing the different features and facilities in different accommodation around here, i need not convince them further as they all agreed Kexgill stands out as the best.For me, the facilities, the staff from Julie Ward(fantastic lady) to Melani and ever dutiful Sharon. What a fantastic team you guys have here. Why wont Kexgill rank as a 5star facility

The phrase 'home away from home' made sense to me the day I moved into kexgill. The warm reception from the manager at the time was on point , not to talk of the state of the art facilities my flat is equipped with. Kexgill is a very comfortable place to be and I love their maintainance culture as well as the friendly aura from Melanie, Sharon, I would recommend kexgill to anyone, especially international students, You would find comfort here, It feels like home.

Love, love this place. Been here for almost two years and had no issues. The lady managing Rehka is soo efficient and does her job effortlessly. Maintenance team on point and so quick at resolving any issues. Honestly if you are thinking about then go for it. This place is absolutely amazing.

Since I moved into Kexgill Towers in Bradford, I have been greatly impressed with the staff, security, cleanliness and proximity to the university. The day and night staffs are friendly and helpful and the security is excellent. The common areas are kept very clean and tidy, which makes it a great place to live. The location is also ideal for students, as it is close to the University of Bradford, as well as various shops, restaurants and other amenities. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend staying at Kexgill., Kexgill is so close to the University of Bradford less then a 5 minute walk. The rooms have everything you could need provided. They are clean and comfortable with enough space. The building is safe and secure with fob access only and security on a night. Bradford Centre is less then 20 minutes away where there is the bus/ train station.I cannot wait to spend the rest of my University time at Kexgill. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else! In addition the staff at the building are amazing especially Rehka! She makes you feel welcome, safe and listened to! No issue is too big or small.
