Royal Mail, Nottingham South Delivery Office

Thanks so much guys for delivering my parcels or signed delivery safe, would like to give you a tip for the great service if you accept those.Royal mail workers do work hard to provide good customer service overall I've had a great service. Many thanks

Extremely disappointed with Royal Mail. Expecting an important delivery for a wedding anniversary, not only did the person delivering the package ignore the fact that we have a ring video doorbell, which would have enabled me to tell them where they could have securely placed the item. The customer collection point was closed today despite the opening hours clearly stating it is open 11:00 - 15:00 on Sundays. No explanation or notice on site and no explanation (more surprise) after I spoke to customer services on the phone.

Just driven there and it’s closed ! Sunday 30 Apr 1250. Nothing on website to indicate it’s shut today. Waste of time grrr

The office is closed due to corona which is understood. But on the website, there is no information about that and it's stated very clearly opening &closing time. I came to the collection office and it's closed but there is no sign on the door stated office is closed.But yes one sign states ” post the card through next four and we will deliver the parcel tomorrow . ”Okay fine, but you wasted my time and took time off from work by begging my manager and came here.Why can't you just add the same instructions on your website? So disappointed.

Useless postal services, waiting for important documentation that I paid alot of money for. Strike strike strike.Hope they go bust and business goes elsewhere.

Love the customer experience.Gave 4 stars before because royal mail struggles to deliver to flats sometimes but the OG Rasta postman makes up for it. 6/5

Parcels not there that should be. Ignoring instructions left via app. Parking a nightmare.

They are almost unreachable need to wait for 30 min+ to talk to their executives. They deliver things to I don't know what place, the address was so accurate that even google maps shows the right locations but their services don't. Then they tell you they will email you if they can't resolve the matter within 2 days but doesn't even contact you. And if they don't understand something they won't call the person as their number is international and end up delivering it to the wrong address.

1. Don't answer the phone.2. Rude unhelpful staff.3. Not this locations fault, but useless website.So website was not working for two days when attempting to track and arrange redelivery of recorded item. Last tracking had it here. Tried to call as it seemed odd, but no answer on 4 attempts. So went to collect. Staff looked at the card and asked, why are you not in Derby? Explained the above. Response that's where it will be. Asked to check the system, pretended to, not enough key strokes, and said Yeah Derby. Asked what time they closed and if he knew the postcode. Was told to Google it.And these people keep striking for more money, really poor.

Went to collect a parcel. Went in wearing a mask and holding the card. Gentleman came asked my postcode, surname and enquired about my id. He saw my bus pass as I was getting bank card and said that was fine. It was checked and my parcel fetched. I was asked to drop the card into the white bag and handed the parcel. I said thank you and was wished a good weekend. 3 minutes from entering to leaving.
