Completely let down from start to finish staff blamed us for the builders incompetence saying we picked him but we had a list off 3 that they gave not our choice off builder also no help we had to pay money out of our own pocket and we’re still owed it 12 months on even though agreed to pay us have videos off there employe talking bad off us to the builder and how they can sort it because they hadn’t got building Expecter in to check some stuff which wouldn’t listen to me when I said it was not right and after months off stress and no help from you at home and sorting the stuff out our selfs managed to get it checked and then had to have all ripped back out and done properly which is over 30k that has been paid out due to lack off Competence from there staff work was 12 weeks it’s now been 12 months and not finished and making excuses for everything they can stay away from this company and manage the building yourselves please don’t get caught out like we did few pics off standers off there work that was excepted few pics off the standers they thought was ok and flooding due to there work which I’ve had to sort myself all the pics are what was where everything was stripped back down to correct it all
