Ordered a Double Myson radiator by mistake thinking it would fit behind my door but it was to big I phoned up City Plumbing and asked if I could bring back even thou I've opened the Packaging the man in the shop said it would be fine bring it in and sort the one out I need . So my partner takes it back and the woman who works there refuse to take it back because it's been opened ? Said they would probably end up Scrapping it ?? No wonder they are understaffed because nobody seems to know what there going on about. Someone say yes other says No. Thanks for your brilliant customer service. Wont be dealing with you anymore.
