PerfectStaff have always made me feel welcome and at home, providing help whenever required and approaching their job in a friendly manner.Room is spacious enough for learning and if any maintenance is required, reception will carry it out in an instant.The common areas, especially the gym are a great bonus which really enhance the living experience.

The warmest accommodation i have ever had! Highly recommended!!There are three reasons you must choose Clifton!1. Fully modern furnished and equipped, comf mods and spacious room. It also has a gym, common room, delivery store and study room.2. Staff are friendly and nice. Every problem raised by you will be solved immediately!3. Surprise and treats! The accommodation always takes part in some interesting activities, like welcome party Halloween party and some festivals from different countries. Moreover, the reception always has treats for residents like free drinks, candy and other stuff.So Don't miss it!! The Clifton house will meet every expectation you want!

I had a great time at Clifton! I was a resident from in 21/22 and couldn’t be happier with a student accommodation. The rooms are clean and my bathroom was not nasty at all. And that’s definitely not always the case in Glasgow student halls. The kitchens are huge, we had two fridges, hobs, ovens…Also staff was always nice! And they keep your parcels at reception, big plus, I never lost something.

I lived here for my first 2 years as a university student and to this day I absolutely adore it! Beautiful walk to University of Glasgow through Kelvingrove park every morning and everything you need is at a walking distance. The cleaners do a superb job at keeping everything hygienic and the staff really made me feel at home, especially Lee!10/10 highly recommend :)

I’ve been living at Clifton House in Glasgow for the past three years and I loved every aspect of it. I lived in both en-suite and studio rooms. All rooms are very spacious, with plenty of storage. The kitchens in the clusters are big enough for all roommates to coexist comfortably, while the common rooms are beautifully decorated and perfect for a night in with friends. The staff are very friendly and always helpful especially during the hard covid times. Overall, I’m extremely happy to have chosen Clifton House to be my home for the past few years and I’ve already rebooked for my next and final year of university!!

Student apartments usually contain desks, chairs, beds, bedside tables, closets, bookshelves, and so on in the room. Toilets are generally equipped with flush toilets, shower equipment, wash basin and so on. Kitchen and living room common areas have a stove, refrigerator, sink, bar, dining table, chairs, sofas and so on. The kitchen is often together with the living room and is an overall open plan area. In addition, student apartments usually do not have a washing machine inside the unit, and there is usually a special paid laundry room in the apartment building. The cost of heating the water grid is usually included in the rent. For the same room type, student housing prices are similar to school dormitories.

I have lived from September 2022 until now, and this experience is an unforgettable memory! The living environment here is clean and hygienic, the facilities are relatively new, and the apartment management staff are very enthusiastic. It is worth mentioning that it is also very close to the University of Glasgow, and there are several supermarkets next to it, making life convenient!

I really enjoyed my two year stay at Clifton House. Great location and very helpful staff. Check in and payment was always very smooth and issues were fixed quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for student accommodation in Glasgow.
