Paul provided an outstanding level of service for us. We hired him to do a level 3 survey for a property we were intending to buy and his report went above and beyond our expectations. It was professionally presented in a RICS format which is very well structured and organised. We appreciated the depth and level of detail the report provided us but at the same time it was written in a way that was easy to follow. The individual items were accompanied by high quality photographs, which we found incredibly helpful; and the technical jargon was always explained either through photographs or diagrams.Paul was very generous with his time, he gave us a call immediately after the survey and shared with us a quick overview of the visit.
