Oxford Sound Healing

Avalon performed the most powerful sound healing session I have ever experienced. During the session I was guided into a state of deep calm and relaxation. Afterwards, I felt some buried emotions become unblocked, allowing me to feel and move through them. Avalon is kind and gentle, and very committed to her practice. Even if you’ve never tried sound healing before, I highly recommend coming in for a session!

I've been going to sound baths for several years now, and few have taken me into the place of profound, embodied awareness that Avalon brought about. I went with my partner, who has less experience with sound healing, and we both felt utterly transported by Avalon's skillful and creative blending of instruments, pacing, and presence. The practice is located in a home, in a relatively small room filled with gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, and instruments I didn't even recognise -- it's a special environment, and the session will feel private and intimate. It lasted about an hour. Avalon is a lovely healer, trained in multiple healing modalities, and we always felt cared for and safe in her presence. A strange, hidden gem of this city!
