Absolutely horrible experience, I walked in and non of them made eye contact eventually I got someone's attention I told them I've been looking at holidays and I've found cheap ones from TUI (there's no branch in Bangor and I'd rather give someone local the work). The lady initially laughed at me once I got the advert up she explained that TUI sometimes has issues with prices I found another holiday on TUIs website for a few pounds more she laughed at me yet again then told me that she has a holiday for one pound less... Honestly so mad I really don't understand what was so funny, and she didn't even bother asking what my budget was but for someone who was looking for a short holiday and is also currently booking their honeymoon for April I promise I'll not be back to this branch!! Unbelievable rude! (Update I've just booked a holiday to Rome through a different company)
