Absolutely shocking place. Bought an astra a year ago had nothing but problems with it and still having problems to this day! Nothing but stress, lambda sensor was faulty, gearbox was completely knackered which they fixed but charged me to have the car brought back to me!Lambda sensor has since needed replacing again, now the fuel pump needs replacing and also the automatic handbrake too!I'd never deal with these again.

Not a bad place to go. Good selection of cars that seemed reasonably well presented. No high pressure sales - just interested and eager to help staff. I chose not to buy but only because I had spotted a better deal elsewhere. Would consider them again if looking...

One of the most honest car dealerships we've ever been to. The guys working here aren't pushy and will help where they can. They offer 3 months warrantee as standard on most car sales and they have so far stuck to their word. Would definitely buy from them again.

Avoid at any costs,both a Hyundai only to discover 2 week after it had a hole in the fuel tank,went back they said to choose another car as it will take a long time to fix, chose another one, no discount given ,no apologies etc….2 days after the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree,went back only to be told the mechanic in on holiday and they will ring me when hi’s backthat was 3 weeks ago,gave up in the end and will go for a private mechanic.

Got my first car from here just under a week ago and so far so good. Initially dealt with Ali and then on collection of the car, one of his colleague. Both really nice guys to deal with, all of the people who work there seem really nice and friendly. No pushy salesmen, helped me sort out the finance on it. Full MOT done and ready for collection on the arranged day. Parcel shelf was missing on the car, mentioned it to Ali, just under a week later a new one was at my home address. Would highly recommend this place

Worst experience ever ordered for the car to have fresh mot they must of got a mot certificate from dodgy place why would you take a car to liverpool for a mot? Also ask for a new cam belt this didn’t happen although they said they had changed it they did provide receipt but the cam belt didn’t look new….also engine light came on after few hours of driving…. They told me to bring it in cause it needed a service anyways (why didn’t they service the car ? Before collecting (I was in my 14 day returning period) I ask for receipt for the service apperently I didn’t need one…. When I return the car they said I’ll be charged per mile I did 400 miles I was lucky enough to get my full refund but it took forever to get it back please avoid theses proper dodgyAlso didn’t provide diagnostic why the engine light was onReview left me no choice but to give one star ⭐️ they would have gotten more stars if they had done the job properly
