Disappointing and FrustratingI recently contacted this company to fix a plumbing issue that I was experiencing in my flat. I saw that this company had 12 '5 star' reviews and was confident they would be able to get the problem sorted.I booked a Monday appointment between 10.00am and 2.00pm, which I thought was a reasonable time slot. At 2.30pm on Monday I called the company to let them know that no one had come by. They assured me that the plumber would be there within the hour. I then called back at around 6.30pm, as the plumber had still not come. I was assured that the plumber would be with me that same day. He did not come - a whole day wasted waiting.I called again that evening to rearrange, and the appointment I was given was the following day between 12.00pm and 3.00pm. I also requested that the manager call me in the morning to confirm the appointment and to discuss the reasons why no one had turned up for the original booking - he did not call.Just after 3.00pm a plumber arrived. He had a look at the problem which included cutting open part of a wall to access where he thought the leak was coming from. He spent around 30-40minutes in the flat and concluded that he could not do anything about it as he was unable to locate the leak.He then charged me £114 for the call out.
