Ian Fraser is that rare beast : honest, efficient, courteous, knows his job inside out and RIDICULOUSLY cheap! In comparison to all other quotes I had for selling a £500k house, I was dubious about using him at first because I thought that cheap had to be dodgy. I talked to him on the phone, read other reviews, went to meet him and blessed my lucky stars that I’d found him. Nearly £1000 cheaper than my family solicitor, he has handled the sale SO well. he replies immediately, hassles the other solicitor to make sure they do their job properly, has a lovely dry sense of humour and is not fazed by anything. Lovely man, perfect job. Not a single negative point, will use him for everything from now on.

I found Ian to be very approachable and contacted him many times during the house sale. Unlike many solicitors that charge extra for every communication, Ian gave a set fee for doing the conveyancing which in itself was much more reasonable than any of the other companies that I had quotes for. He chased the buyer’s solicitor firm when they were slow to respond and moved the sale forwards to a successful completion and settled the estate agent’s fees on our behalf.
