I desperately needed my van sorting for my business and they knew I'd been messed around previously by another firm. However, having given me reassurances of a prompt reply and service, when they found out I was to pay for it myself (ie NOT through the insurance) they didn't even bother to quote or even get in touch.

Met Tony at the Mercedes garage for a quote.... I was expecting it to be expensive and was surprised when he told me it wasn't going to be what I expected. Booked the car in with Adam a few days later. After the work was completed I was delighted with the work. I didn't tell them I had owned a body shop so knew what I was looking at. Would recommend them to all. Also thanks to Kevin at Mercedes for putting them me on to them.A***** Service

Painted my Mercedes through Wakefield Mercedes Dealership. Complained that the finish was piss poor but both the dealership & Capital insisted that the finish was A1. This was in 2013. Well Mercedes corporate have just collected the vehicle & confirmed that the job was s..t. Goes without saying both the dealership & Capital will never be used again. Do not trust them go somewhere else.
